Katie Bockino received her MFA in fiction from NYU's Creative Writing Program. Her work has appeared in Barely South Review, The Rappahannock Review, The Satirist, Underwood Press, Prometheus Dreaming, Gandy Dancer Literary Magazine, and Z Publishing House's New York's Emerging Writers: An Anthology of Fiction. Recently, Katie was accepted into The Algonkian Writers Conference and Workshop where she presented her writing to a panel of agents, editors, and novelists.

Katie also is a professor and a manuscript consultant who is obsessed with the Byzantine Empire and most TV show love triangles.
